Can anyone tell me where I can get any information on the attached Too Late marking? This is my 1st one so not sure where to get any details as to different types for different locations, fonts used, catalog values & listings, etc. London Inland I see , but thats all I know! Tks.

Best bet is John Parmenter's London Late Fee and Too Late Mail 1840 to 1930, which is available as a PDF in the downloads section:
