AGM Meeting at Dorchester Hotel - Buffet Lunch Provided

Our AGM at the Dorchester Hotel on 22nd June 2019 is coming with lunch in the form of a buffet provided free of charge courtesy of the RPSL (menu below).

If you are planning on coming to the meeting and want to partake of the buffet, it would be a great help if you could let Andy Donaldson know in advance (email programme@gbps.org.uk or call and leave a message on 020 8542 4226), so that we can advise the Dorchester on numbers by the Wednesday before the event.

For info, the buffet menu selected for us by the RPSL is as follows:

SALAD & APPETISERS:

Confit artichokes, olive tapenade, beans & mint

Tuna ceviche, lemongrass & lime

Brown crab salad, Buddha lemon confit

Salt beef, pickled purple baby onion and mustard mayonnaise

DRESSING & TOPPINGS:

Cider vinegar & turmeric, roasted lemon & forest honey, lemon, truffle balsamic, extra virgin olive oil, tamarind & yoghurt, kale & baby spinach pesto, balsamic vinaigrette

Balsamic pickled onions, confit tomato, Peruvian olive mix, Lilliput capers, verbena harissa, grain mustard, omega seeds, sumac, croutons

Chicken, celeriac & truffle lasagne, pecorino cheese

Roast hake, lemon balm, fennel & shellfish chowder

Vegetable red Thai curry, coconut rice
