Letter to The Admiralty 1844

I have a letter to Captain Hamilton RN at the Admiralty dated 16th January 1844, There is an unframed place name on the front near the stamp which I can make out "T.P. ...... Place NR", any ideas what the remainder is, the letter was sent from Fitzroy Square in the city to the Admiralty (assume Greenwich), there is also a receiving London Mark on the reverse which says 16 JA 1844, what does the 4 E g 4 mean and the B at the base?
Any help would be appreciated.

Could the receiving house mark be

TP | Judd Place NR

NR stands for New Road. The address no longer exists but the area is close to Euston Road near St. Pancras.

The 4 Eg 4 means 4 o'clock in the "evening", 16:00 in modern parlance. From memory there were 7 collections/deliveries a day.

I will guess the B is the stamper/table code.
