Introduction

The Philatelic Review was a quarterly publication produced by Candlish McCleery Ltd from 1977-82, with 16 A5 landscape format pages in each issue. Mike Jackson acted as editor.

Naturally, there was a high proportion of material relating to the reign of King George V, but other reigns were also covered, and there were regular postal history columns from John Forbes-Nixon.
