Their Majesties have been pleased by Letters Patents under the Great Seal, to Grant the Office of Post Master General unto Sir Robert Cotton of Hattley St. George in the County of Cambridge, Kt. and Thomas Frankland Esq; who have accordingly taken possession of the same.
